We’re Hiring: Customer Call Representative for our E-Commerce Business!

What You’ll Do:
Connect with customers to confirm their orders, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide top-notch support for all their needs.
Collect customer orders from social media DMs
Be the go-to person for customer satisfaction, offering solutions that keep them coming back.
You will:
Work from Home: No commute, just a productive and flexible environment.
Competitive Salary: Earn ₦35,000/month for the first 2 months, with potential to grow to ₦70,000 – ₦100,000/month based on performance(Other bonuses not included).
Impactful Role: You’ll be a key part of our team, directly influencing customer satisfaction and business growth.
Who We Want:
Someone with previous experience in customer service or a similar role (this is a preference, but not mandatory).
